Restore Lift Progress Pro purchases
If you already purchased Lift Progress Pro, open the app and go to the Lift Progress Pro page, then tap Restore Purchases.

Restore Purchases can recover:
  • Monthly Pro
  • Yearly Pro
  • Lifetime Pro
Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Lift Progress Pro subscriptions are managed by Apple.
To manage or cancel a subscription:
  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select Lift Progress.
  5. Manage, change, or cancel your subscription.
Export or import a backup
Lift Progress stores workout data locally on your device. You can manually export a backup file from the app.

To export a backup:
  1. Open Settings in Lift Progress.
  2. Go to Data & Backup.
  3. Tap Export Backup.
To restore from a backup:
  1. Open Settings in Lift Progress.
  2. Go to Data & Backup.
  3. Tap Import Backup.
  4. Select your backup file.
Before importing, make sure you understand that restoring a backup may replace the workout data currently stored on your device.
Change kg or lb units
You can change your weight unit in the app settings.

Go to:
Settings → Workout Preferences → Weight unit
Lift Progress supports both kg and lb.

  • Does Lift Progress work offline?
Yes. Lift Progress is designed as an offline-ready workout log. Core workout data is stored locally on your device, and no account is required to log workouts.
Some actions, such as purchasing Pro, restoring purchases, or opening external links, may require an internet connection.

  • Where is my workout data stored?
Core workout data is stored locally on your device. Lift Progress does not require an account.
You can export a backup file anytime from the app settings if you want to save a copy or move your data to another device.
