Effective Date: June 19, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of Lift Progress, a workout logging and progress tracking application.

By downloading, accessing, or using Lift Progress, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About Lift Progress
Lift Progress is designed to help users log workouts, track exercises, monitor progress, view workout history, and support progressive overload.
The app is intended for personal fitness tracking only.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lift Progress.
By using the app, you confirm that you are old enough to use it and that your use of the app is allowed under applicable laws.

3. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
Lift Progress does not provide medical advice, health advice, professional fitness coaching, diagnosis, or treatment.
The app is only a logging and tracking tool. Any exercise program may involve risk of injury. You are responsible for exercising safely and within your own limits.
Before starting or changing any workout program, you should consult a doctor, healthcare provider, or qualified fitness professional, especially if you have any medical condition, injury, disability, or health concern.

You agree that you use Lift Progress at your own risk.

4. No Guarantee of Results
Lift Progress may help you track workout data and progress, but it does not guarantee any specific fitness, strength, health, weight loss, muscle gain, or performance result.
Your results depend on many factors, including training, nutrition, sleep, consistency, health, genetics, and other personal circumstances.

5. Your Data and Responsibility
Lift Progress currently stores workout data locally on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. If you delete the app, lose your device, reset your device, replace your data through import, or fail to export a backup, your workout data may be lost.
Lift Progress is not responsible for lost workout data, corrupted backups, failed imports, accidental deletions, device problems, or user error.

6. Backup, Export, and Import Features

You are responsible for safely storing exported backup files. These files may contain your workout history and progress data.
Importing a backup file may replace existing app data. You should review warnings carefully and create a backup before replacing or importing data.

7. Demo Data
Lift Progress may offer optional demo data so users can preview the app with sample workouts and progress history.
Loading demo data may delete or replace your existing app data. You are responsible for creating a backup before loading demo data.

8. Acceptable Use
